New symbol lis2mdl

I have fixed all KLC violations with the exception of S4.6, as the datasheet suggests attaching the NC pins to VDD, VDDIO or GND. Therefore, they aren't invisible. #General Guidelines: All contributions to the kicad library must follow the KiCad library convention

  • Check the output of the automated check scripts - fix any errors as required
  • Give a reason behind any intentional library convention rule violation.
