Added SN74LVC1G00 in SOT-23, SOT353 and SOT553 packages

Existing 74x1G00 symbols have power hidden pins.

Added these symbols, with visible power pins, using the same style as existing 74LVC1G00.

I don't know the reason, but existing symbols in 74xGxx library don't comply with 100 mil pin grid. For example 74LVC1G00 has pins 1 and 2 at Y=-0,05in and Y=0,05in.

As it is the existing style in the library, these symbols have the same look and feel.
