Add PCM1862/3/4/5

Add PCM1862 + PCM1863, PCM1864, PCM1865 as derived symbols

klc-check outputs a warning for the VREF pin: it suggests setting it as input but the pin is the output of an internal regulator.

The output pin XO is put to the left instead of right as it is related to the input clock of the IC, and makes a schematic with crystal easier to read.

The symbol has been designed to match the PCM1860 (submitted here: !3498) as closely as possible. Common IO have he same placement, so that a change of symbol does not require a complete redesign of the schematic.

    • A new fitting footprint must be submitted if the library does not yet contain one.
