Add STM32G071KxUxN

Adds the symbol for the STM32G071KxUxN part family. These parts are very similar to STM32G071KxU, but have a different pinout.

I ran the Symbol test script and this symbol was violating EC02, but so was every other symbol in the library, and even more errors when checking MCU_ST_STM32F0.kicad_sym so presumably there's some version mismatch or these errors don't matter?
