Add NB3N502 symbol

This merge adds a symbol for NB3N502 integrated circuit. It is similar to NB3N511, which is already present in the library, but it has different pinout:

  • OE pin is replaced with S1,
  • S1 pin is replaced with REF.

The package used by both ICs is the same.
