Add the MAX17620 switching step-down regulator

For some reason, I always get a violation of KCL S4.4, but I have no idea which pin is causing that. I have tried changing pins 1 and 7 but I get this violation reported by the checklib script every time. Is there a way to get the checklib.py script to report which pin is causing this error?
