Update typo in Voltage_Reference.dcm: "Prevision" -> "Precision"

Components:

REF3212AMDBVREP REF3220AMDBVREP REF3225AMDBVREP REF3230AMDBVREP REF3233AMDBVREP REF3240AMDBVREP

All had "Prevision" as keyword instead of "Precision".

Can be found in 'kicad-symbols' with ripgrep: rg -g '*.dcm' -e 'Prevision' --context 2

Not a big deal, but I randomly stumbled upon this.

Sample datasheet. However, they are not recommended for new design.
