Add TE SIM Card connectors reference 2822541-1 and 2336582-1 Position of pins according to an existing symbol in the lib (without Card Detect)

    • A new fitting footprint must be submitted if the library does not yet contain one.
  • If there are matching footprint PRs, provide link(s) as appropriate
