added Arduino Nano Every

valerio\new requested to merge github/fork/valerionew/nano_every into master

Not much changed in the new Arduino Nano Every, but a couple pins were renamed, so i tought it would be easier to use with the new names, grouped by function.

See also #2265, closed to do this modifications, and #2136 which generated some conflicts with the previous PR.

The footprints stays the same, even though we could add an smd footprint, for mounting the module with the castellated holes on the sides.

All contributions to the kicad library must follow the KiCad library convention

  • Provide a URL to a datasheet for the symbol(s) you are contributing
  • An example screenshot image is very helpful
  • Ensure that the associated footprints match the official footprint library
    • A new fitting footprint must be submitted if the library does not yet contain one.
  • If there are matching footprint PRs, provide link(s) as appropriate
  • Check the output of the Travis automated check scripts - fix any errors as required
  • Give a reason behind any intentional library convention rule violation.
