Add TI TLV70x1, single comparators in SOT-23

Datasheet TLV7031 TLV7041

  • TLV7031 push-pull
  • TLV7041 open-drain

They feature:

  • 315 nA quiescent supply current
  • 2 pA input bias current
  • 3 us propagation delay
  • Output voltage within 50 mV of the rail when I_out <= 1 mA
  • 2-17 mV hysteresis

I made the TLV7031 a clone of MCP6561-OT, and the             TLV7041 a clone of MCP6566.
