Add SG5032/SG7050 Oscillators. Datasheet

5032 parts are the same but with a different footprint assigned.

CBN is an alias of CAN since the only difference is the frequency range. CCN is a separate symbol because one pin is different.

The symbols violate KLC S3.6, but this is to make the symbols interchangeable with other pin-compatible oscillators.

All contributions to the kicad library must follow the KiCad library convention
