Add TI ISOW784x digital isolators with integrated DC/DC

These quad-channel 5kV RMS digital isolators from Texas Instruments have a built-in DC/DC converter capable of supplying up to 130 mA at 3.3V or 5V to circuitry on the isolated side.

ISOW7840 / ISOW7840F - 4 ch forward, i.e. from supply side to iso side ISOW7841 / ISOW7841F - 3 ch forward, 1 ch reverse ISOW7842 / ISOW7842F - 2 ch forward, 2 ch reverse ISOW7843 / ISOW7843F - 1 ch forward, 3 ch reverse ISOW7844 / ISOW7844F - 4 ch reverse, i.e. from iso side to supply side

"F" suffix indicates default-low outputs
