Add aliases for ATmega3250A/PA, 3290A/PA, 6450A/P, 6490A/P

Going through the ATmega/ATtiny datasheets again looking for missing packages and variants. These here seem to be pin compatible with the 3250/3290/6450/6490 MCUs.
