Add missing SOIC-8-1EP_3.9x4.9mm_P1.27mm_EP2.41x3.81mm

This MR accompanies the generator MR kicad-packages3D-generator!183 (merged)

It removes the orphaned 3D model SOIC-8-1EP_3.9x4.9mm_P1.27mm_EP2.35x2.35mm and adds the missing SOIC-8-1EP_3.9x4.9mm_P1.27mm_EP2.41x3.81mm.
