Add IDC MR Corresponding 3D Models

• All models are generated by modified scripts, and the corresponding Footprint has been MR to Master, with the link being Footprint MR !3581.
• The modified 3D model generation script will be submitted for MR request later.
• The merge request address for the 3D model generation script is 3D Generator MR !180.
• IDC-3D model added:

1. 2*9 SMD、Ver and Hor;
2. 2*11 SMD、Ver and Hor;
3. 2*22 SMD、Ver and Hor;

• [✓] Problem in need of assistance: I cannot find where the configuration file generated by IDC-SMD encapsulation is.
