Add: model for ITR9608-F

Thanks for creating a pull request to contribute to the KiCad libraries! Remember you must be the legal owner of the 3D model! Models downloaded from a manufacturers website cannot be accepted.

• Step model submitted in 1:1 scale

step model is looking good for me, it does not need to do something on positioning, scaling or rotation to be used in KiCAD, but I don't know how to export the WRL file in scaled format, the file that I provide is too large and need to be downscaled to acceptable sizes.

• I need tutorial on how to prepare and export scaled WRL file from FreeCAD, as step-by-step for newbies
• need to know, what else is required of me, to contribute this model. Please, tell me, guys.
