Add models for XP Power JTE series dual output DC to DC converters.

I will submit the changes I made to the scripts repo to build the model as soon as I get a chance. AFAIK the script generates a 1:1 vrml model or it did in this case because no scaling is required to use the model in kicad. I'm also assuming the scripts use the correct material properties. I'm not sure what "Geometry check performed against mechanical models" means.

  • 3D model alignment checked against KiCad footprint
  • [?] WRL model uses correct material properties
  • Geometry check performed against mechanical models
