Change "LED_D5.0mm-4" to "LED_D5.0mm-4_RGB"

I have simply renamed the part. Note: I see from git blame that user @jkriege2 made the original LED here. I hope he/she will make the ones for the new RGB footprints, "LED_D5.0mm-4_RGB_Staggered_Pins", and "LED_D5.0mm-4_RGB_Wide_Pins" too. The LED can be exactly the same. Just the pins need to be spread apart and made to align with the new holes is all. These new footprints are for the exact same LED. You just spread the legs apart and make them fit into the holes during soldering is all, to make soldering easier in the more-spaced-apart holes.
