Added 3D model of LED_Rectangular_W7.62mm_H4.55mm_R3 in WRL format

Added model of 7.62mm rectangular LED used mainly at automotive. These LED are usually "transparent". Pins are through standard PCB width.

Footprint is not pulled to official repository yet, but I'll try to push it there as soon as possible. Model was created in Wings3D (if necessary I can provide .wings source file) WRL model is at 1:2.54 scale Mechanical dimensions were checked with datasheet and real LED
