3D models for SOT-1210, LFPAK33 package

The model was created in Solidworks from the technical drawings from Nexperia.

Should I submit the Solidworks SLDPRT file even though it wasn't created with FreeCAD? I'm not 100% sure it has the correct material properties, I copied the colors from SOT-669_LFPAK.

  • WRL model submitted in 1:2.54 scale
  • 3D model alignment checked against KiCad footprint
  • WRL model uses correct material properties
  • Geometry check performed against mechanical models
