Fix for https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-packages3D/issues/235

Does align 3d model file names to the changes to the footprints made in https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-footprints/pull/285

Edit i used the python script added in PR https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-library-utils/pull/205 that does use the json file https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-symbols/blob/master/replace_add_ep-size.json to rename the 3d models.
