I made this model from scratch using this datasheet: https://www.amphenolrf.com/library/download/link/link_id/596219/parent/132134-10/

This also replaces the older !286 merge request, where the original contributor says he's okay with me finishing the model: kicad-packages3D!716 (comment 1927636029)
