Fixed TO-126 pitch and package size

This MR fixes the TO-126 package and changes the pitch to 2.28 mm for the TO-126-3 package. I have left the heatsink in the TO-126-2 package, although the Caddock resistor does not have one. If desired, I can remove it and model the TO-126-2 closer to the Caddock datasheet.

Additionally, the following changes are included:

  • Changed body dimensions of the TO-126-2 to match the Caddock resistor
  • Updated to the source files to FreeCAD 0.21 format
  • Updated colours. The colours are now black body and metal grey pins.
