Started Having CI install git for CadQuery git checkout

Jeremy Wright requested to merge jmwright/kicad-packages3D-generator:ci_fix into master

CI is not running correctly now because the git package is missing, and git is used to install a specific commit of CadQuery that has the fused STEP changes. This will be changed to use the production release of CadQuery when it is released later this month.
