Add MicroSMP SMD diode form factor

Adds a 3D model for the SMD diode form factor "MicroSMP", as introduced by Vishay. Since the pins are flat, integrated into the body and of different sizes, the model is constructed by an independent script instead of diodes_smx_smd.py.

The generated 3D model corresponds to the footprint in kicad-footprints!2921 (merged) (including the fix in kicad-footprints!2922 (merged)).
