Draft: Inductors using pure cad query

This is the script used to generate kicad-packages3D!747 (closed)

It's "final" to my mind, but it's taking a different approach to model generation than the existing code, in that it's pure cad query, without using freecad, and without generating vrml files, only step files. In my opinion, this is simpler, and easier to get models made, but it's certainly something that would warrant discussion so it's presented here as "how it could be" without any expectation it needs to be accepted.

It includes the script used for kicad-packages3D!747 (closed) but also includes a second commit that generates equivalent step files for the existing Wuerth MAPI series inductors, to demonstrate how it could be used for more families.
