Add crystals: SMD_5032-2Pin_5.0x3.2mm and SMD_3215-2Pin_3.2x1.5mm

I added the 3D models for the SMD_5032-2Pin_5.0x3.2mm and SMD_3215-2Pin_3.2x1.5mm crystals. The footprint MR can be found here: kicad-packages3D!1039 (merged)
