Added SOP-8_5.28x5.23mm_P1.27mm

Added the model used by the Kicad footprint Package_SO:SOP-8_5.28x5.23mm_P1.27mm.

I am a little unsure if I applied some of the variables correctly, and I guessed on others (e.g. R1 and R2), but otherwise they're based on values extracted from the MX25V16066 datasheet.

As a side note, while working on this I think I found a bug in the SOP generator, where it appears to be using the fp_r variable as the diameter of the pin 1 marker, instead of the radius. I'll open an independent issue for this if there isn't already one.
