Fixed DFN-12-1EP_3x3mm_P0.45mm_EP1.65x2.38mm parameters

This MR fixes the incorrect vertical EP dimension of the DFN-12-1EP_3x3mm_P0.45mm_EP1.65x2.38mm and other parameters. It also updates its name to the new naming scheme.
