Delete the 24 automatically generated, wrong, and never checked BGA models:

A number of BGAs had their definitions generated automatically from footprint definitions and were never checked. They are wrong in subtle and sometimes not so subtle ways. This MR deletes them. See also: !139 (merged) kicad-packages3D!969 (merged)
