Fix destination_dir: Rename Housings into Package

Many models have the wrong (no longer used) destination_dir that needs to be fixed. The Housings directory is still present in many Python scripts which are probably obsolete (I did not check if all of them are).

I stumbled upon this issue when reviewing !106 (closed).

This MR addresses part of #9 (closed).
