Rename Diodes_SMD -> Diode_SMD

Apparently some folders have been renamed and these paths were forgotten.

(Please note that I did not actually test anything. I just replaced all occurrences of Diodes_SMD.)

This seems related to #9 (closed), but I didn't address any other discrepancy (I did notice some more, but I didn't know how to fix them when names from package generator didn't exist in the package repository.)
