Fixup Panasonic ADW11

While handling kicad-symbols!4192 (merged) and kicad-footprints!3406 (merged), I found that the Panasonic ADW11 relay had a generator entry, but no generated files.

• correct minor defect - the rect pins were sideways.
• rotates the definition to fit the new orientation in the kicad-footprints!3406 (merged).
• update DS url
• adjust name to match footprint
• change body colour to white (the -T and -L suffixes are the black ones)
