Fix Finder 36.11 THT relay (including script fix)

This fixes the Finder 36.11 relay to be rotated with pin A1 at top left per kicad-footprints!3292 (merged).

The pin 1 is also changed to be the same as the footprint (the square one below, A1)

There is also a fix to the rotation parameter: previously rotations were applied twice, resulting in a 90-degree rotation being a 180 degree rotation. This is in a prelude commit.
