Fixed SOIC-14W_7.5x9mm_P1.27mm model name

The 3d model name of the SOIC-14W_7.5x9mm_P1.27mm footprint was incorrectly set to SOIC-14W_7.5x9.0mm_P1.27mm (Note: 9.0mm instead of 9mm). This PR fixes the model name.
