Draft: Added an Inductor_THT generator for some chokes

Also Renamed to Inductor_SMD to match footprint library name.

Trying to script some 3ph chokes. This seems to work good enough for my goal, hopefully the result is OK for you and the code is acceptable too 😄

(This code is probably too bad for someone to modify, i need to fix this mess to allow merging)
