Update STM32 libs for latest ST data (Oct'24, adds STM32MP2 series) and split large symbols

This commit updates the STM32 libs. This adds the new STM32MP2 series. Because these symbols become basically unusably large, this commit also makes the generator heuristically split large symbols (by default > 100 pins, ignoring stacked pins) into multiple units.

Please have a look, and please especially highlight any weirdness in pin grouping both in the monolithic and in the split symbols.

This MR relies on a few new footprints.
