F5.2 text size limits was set as min/max: 0.10/2.0. F5.2 defines the required min/max: 0.5/1.0.

The build error (klc-check/test_footprint.pretty/Pass__F5.2__FAB_good.kicad_mod) is fixed in !364 (merged)
