Update all the things: (Rework dir structure, write support)
This branch changes a lot of things:
- Schlib: Add write support for symbols and libs
- Rework project structure
- Fix CI of symbols and footprints
- Add multiprocessing to check_symbol.py
- Add a test for the kicad_sym write functionality
- Port symbol generators to v6
It will break the current CI runner for symbols and footprints. Example MR with fixed pipelines are here:
