schlib: Fix S4.3 not working for pinstacks

cpresser requested to merge cpresser/kicad-library-utils:Pinstacks_per_unit into master

Pinstacks were build without considering units. Honor the unit of pins and pins that are common to all units. Different styles had the same issue which was fixed as well.
