Add S3.2 pass fail warn test cases

@cpresser , I have added cases for S3.2 rule -50mil pass -20mil warn -10mil fail applied to all text fields..

Also added *.bak to .gitignore, if that was left intentionaly inform me to revert..

I will continue with these localy, and open new MRs for new additions. This was more like a test run.. :)
