This fixes the problems reported in https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-footprints/issues/76

Some manually created footprints where missing the 3d model.

Vertical axial parts with small enough pin pitch had silk overlapping the pads. This was a script error fixed in https://github.com/pointhi/kicad-footprint-generator/pull/168
