This adds all 3 types of these footprints

Fixes compared to original PR:

Added variants for terminal lenght 1.19mm and 2.21mm
Fixed courtyard clearance
Fixed silk outline (no longer overlaps pads)
Corrected pad sizes (The existing version was the one compatible with terminal lenght = 1.19mm not 2.66mm)
