Removing orphaned QFN-44 with 5.4x5.4mm EP
This footprint is orphaned. The Atmel MCU symbols that referenced it had the same dimensioned package drawing as other similar parts that had a different footprint assigned. Two referenced one with EP set to maximum "slug" dimension whereas the vast majority used nominal "slug" dimensions. (The removed footprint is the one for maximum dimensions)
