Add a footprint for Atmel/Microchip SAMD WLCSP-20 package. Datasheet: http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/Atmel-42363-SAM-D11_Datasheet.pdf (Page 906)

@poeschlr would be glad to get your review. Or better, a up-to-date link to a script generating such footprints? I will have some more WLCSP packages to do in the near future.
