Added QFN36, TQFP48 for TMC2100

Foot print for TMC2041-LA https://www.trinamic.com/fileadmin/assets/Products/ICs_Documents/TMC2041_datasheet.pdf It needs a QFN32 and a TQFP48 with thermalvias
I added a bottom layer copper even if it was not in the data sheet, there is no mask on the bottom layer I think it is a good idea?

The two foot print have travis errors, the foot print are copies of an existing one, which i assumed was correct, I am not sure if I should add B.Mask to to the "back middle pin" or if i should add F.Paste to the rectangles to beneth "font middle pad"
