This adds the thermal via version of some already added qfn footprints
These are script generated and use custom pads (chamfered rectangles) for increased paste coverage while still avoiding paste over vias. (At least where texas did not suggest something else)

The original footprints where added in https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-footprints/pull/587
