Fix courtyard for scripted capacitor tht footprints

Rene Poeschl requested to merge github/fork/poeschlr/fix_crtyd_capacitor_tht into master

Here the fix for the capacitor THT courtyard clearance. The script used the silk outline as the reference instead of the component size.

I checked some random footprints in kicad and checked all footprints visually in the footprint browser. Did not find anything obviosly wrong with them.
