Fix height of 16-pin Textool ZIF socket.

I made an error in my previous PR for 3M_Textool_216-3340-00-0602J_2x08_P2.54mm. The height of the bounding rectangle (dimension "A" in the datasheet) should be 35.3 mm, not 33.0 mm.
