Change HDMI mounting/shield pins to SH

As discussed at https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-symbols/pull/344.

I also removed the "Plug" in the name of the Contact Technology footprint so that it conforms to the "Connectors for Specific Functions" section of KLC (and also like the other HDMI footprints).
